Ketchup

I’m a big believer in Heinz ketchup. I think it’s the correct
answer to the ketchup question. Always. Somehow, the notion that a
restaurant thinks it could improve on Heinz with some chunkier, less
sweet, sweeter, darker, or different recipe feels like an
insult to me.

Heinz solved the ketchup problem. Why do people keep
reinventing it?
