I have so much to be thankful for.
To begin with, of course, my awesome, spectacular, wonderful family. My family of choice and my family of origin. I won the lottery twice, here.
My health (even if it’s been compromised somewhat in 2015 and 2016).
My friends. About whom I simply can’t kvell enough.
My relative comfort financially.
My intellectual, professional fulfillment and satisfaction.
My discovery of compassion as the solution to 99% of life’s problems.
My country – even if it’s in a dark time.
And my ability to write – and to be read – here (and, of course, elsewhere).
Thank you, readers. Happy Thanksgiving.
