What is it that makes me REALLY angry?

Won’t you help me be hungry?

I feel anger. Which means I’m avoiding my sadness and my fear.

My reactions to external circumstances show me, barometrically, my internal state.

On a meditation retreat, I come face to face with my warped perceptions and projections.

If I don’t get what I want, it makes me angry. And when I get angry, I get rougher. Is it good for me to get in touch with my anger? You tell me….

What’s a bigger threat to the US? Donald Trump? Or the tactics of the anti-Trump movement? I’m genuinely uncertain.

I went to a bar mitzvah and had thoughts I couldn’t un-have.

I’m angry.

Upon examination, my anger almost always dissolves into fear.
