I’m announcing a shift in how I write for this blog — moving toward less polished, lightly edited posts as my output has grown and my readership has shrunk. The blog has always been for me more than for an audience, and I’m leaning further into that.

I walk through the full evolution of my blogging workflow — from writing on a laptop in Starbucks, to dictating on a voice recorder while biking, to a Telegram-based AI pipeline that transcribes, formats, generates images, and delivers posts ready to publish with one tap.

I’m producing more work than ever thanks to AI, but I’m overwhelmed by unfinished drafts, a sense of online obsolescence, and my own mortality.
