Sadness

I never used to cry, but now, I dry at the drop of the hat. Here’s what’s made me cry the last couple of days.

I am, almost certainly, the single largest consumer of therapy you’ve ever encountered. That’s not the problem.

The best news I’ve gotten in years, and I can barely hold myself together long enough to walk through a subway turnstile.

I feel anger. Which means I’m avoiding my sadness and my fear.
