Paean

A woman in a coffee shop, observed.

A woman on the subway, observed in close, hungry detail.

A brief encounter with a woman I’ll never see again.

A woman on the subway, described.

Two encounters with impossible beauty, and nothing to do but be haunted.

A brief, lovely encounter with a woman whose personality I drank in even more than her looks.

She’s maybe 5’1″, but a shockingly large portion of that distance is legs.

I can’t look away from her legs.

Her lips defy anatomy, and my imagination.

The lower half of a woman, and what I want to do with it.
