Legs

Bare.
In stockings.
In tights.
In leggings.
In jeans.
Covered, with a long skirt or dress, revealed by crossed legs.

The ankle tapers, the calf flares, a subtle, sensuous curve, a “C” from ankle to knee.

The knee buckles, bends, stiffens, the lone purely functional (as if without attention to form) part of the leg.

The back of the thigh widens, curving out generously, seriously.

The quad is taut, smooth.

And inside, the soft inviting skin of the inner thigh, yielding, delicate, yet meaty, fleshy.

I like legs.
