I dashed into the library, a few minutes to kill between appointments, and I sat myself at the “Charging Station,” the place where those of us with phones, laptops, and suffering from the deficiencies of battery life. The dude next to me has two laptops, two portable hard drives, and a lot more equipment. What’s he doing? I can’t figure it out. I think he’s uploading something. There’s a screen open on each laptop for a service called “DropSend.”

Suddenly, his screen’s filled with a super high-def picture of a naked woman. Probably a Playboy model, I’d guess.

He examines the picture closely.

He looks behind him, around him. I’m the only one who can see what’s on his screen. He seems unconcerned.

And he’s back to the control panel, uploading whatever he’s uploading.

And me?

I’m writing a post…. Not this one.

  1. That made me smile…and wonder.

Say something! (I just did....)
